  1. 01First call You describe the problem, I ask questions. About 30 to 45 minutes, by phone, video or on site in Eastern Switzerland. Free of charge.
  2. 02Quote You receive a written quote with scope, stages, pricing model and a proposal for the first step. Prices excl. VAT.
  3. 03Kick-off A joint start with the people who will work with the result. From here on there are fixed dates for interim versions.
