I'm project manager for software and digitalisation at Telsonic, where I build bespoke automation workflows inside business-critical systems. Alongside that I run Weber Development, writing tailored software for a range of companies.

With a dual background in software development and electrical planning, I translate complex operational requirements into clear specifications, lean processes and maintainable solutions. My path ran through electrical planning, energy optimisation for a Swiss banking portfolio, healthcare data migration, and now industrial automation and SaaS product development.

I build solutions that do not only solve the immediate problem but grow with the business. Because I both develop and lead projects, I can translate between technical delivery and operational goals.
